Does your Apple Watch often fall short of expectation and fail to last the full tilt? There is a simple but very handy trick that can let you extend your smartwatch's battery life. Turn On Power Reserve mode on your Apple Watch when you are not using it in order to prevent unnecessary battery consumption.

When Power Reserve mode is activated, all the features of the Watch are disabled. However, you can still see the time on your smartwatch.

How to Enable Power Reserve Mode in watchOS 4 on Apple Watch


Step #1. First off, swipe up from the bottom of the watch face on your smartwatch to access Control Center.



Step #2. Now, you need to tap on Battery Percentage reading.





Step #3. Next, drag the Power Reserve button from the left to right.



Step #4. Finally, tap on Proceed to confirm.



How to Disable Power Reserve Mode on Apple Watch


At any time, you want to exit Power Reserve mode, simply press and hold the Side Button. Now, your watch will restart.
